We dont have to much work in the shop this week except to set valves and pull a few dents . We had a pretty good weekend this past weekend Johnny almost pulled off the perfect weekend almost winning every race he was in but not to be, his second place in the sportsman ruined that but still not bad for not racing the car all year .It was fun to watch him go from the front to the back and back to the front again in something other than his street stock .We are still making changes on Barney trying to get him and Mark comfortable with each other we had a pretty good lap on the first lap with a 14.4 yes Roy a 14.4 but the second lap kinda got away from Mark which would have been a lot better, but we are doing well getting him and Barney hooked up together . We are making some shock changes this week trying to get Mark a better feel for Barney during the race .Big Daddy Brent was doing a lot better this weekend especially avoiding all the crashes in the sportsman race which was cut to 40 laps to get the program in but a top 5 finish is a good night .Gary will be back in action this weekend after a few weeks off and getting his car back in shape .Thats it for now ,till Saturday cheerio. |
